By paying to submit or raise a track on songtop.lol, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
songtop.lol is a leaderboard where the highest-paying bid determines which track plays for every visitor. Buying a new entry or raising an existing bid gives you a place in that ranking, determined solely by the amount paid, for as long as it holds.
It does not entitle you to any specific amount of time at any rank, any specific number of plays, clicks, or listeners, or any outcome beyond your bid being counted in the ranking at the moment it's placed.
Rank is recalculated continuously and is not fixed once purchased. Any other user can outbid you at any time, including immediately after your payment completes, and your rank may change with no advance notice. This is how the product is designed to work, not a malfunction.
All amounts are in whole US dollars. A new entry requires a minimum bid of $5. Raising an existing entry requires a minimum increase of $1 over its current bid.
When you raise your own entry, you are only charged the difference between your new bid and the entry's current bid, not the full new bid amount.
All payments are final. We do not provide refunds for being outbid, for your entry's rank changing, for a linked platform making your content region-locked or otherwise unavailable, or for a visitor's browser or ad blocker preventing an embed from loading.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, applicable law normally gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content or services.
By checking the confirmation box at checkout, you expressly request that we begin performance immediately — your bid is applied to the ranking right away rather than after any waiting period — and you acknowledge that once your payment is processed and your bid takes effect, you lose that right of withdrawal. If you don't want to lose this right, don't check that box and don't complete the purchase.
You may only submit links to tracks you have the right to promote. By submitting a track, you represent that doing so doesn't infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity, or other right of any third party, and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, loss, or expense arising from content you submitted.

We may remove any entry from the leaderboard at any time, for any reason or no reason — including in response to a report — without notice and without refund. Removal takes effect immediately and excludes the entry from ranking from that point forward.
We do not pre-screen submissions before they can reach #1 — moderation is reactive, based on reports, not automated content scanning. If you believe an entry violates these Terms, use the report link next to that entry.
All audio is served directly by Spotify or SoundCloud via their own official embed players. We do not host, store, or control any audio file. Availability, region restrictions, and playback behavior are entirely determined by the relevant platform and outside our control; we make no guarantee that any linked content will remain available or playable to any given visitor.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the transaction giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including protections for consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom.
songtop.lol doesn't use accounts or logins; submissions are anonymous. Because there's no account to reference, support and dispute requests are handled using your payment reference and, if you provided one, your email address. Keep your payment receipt in case you need to contact us.
We may rate-limit, block, or refuse service to any user or IP address we reasonably believe is abusing the service, including automated submission, payment fraud, or attempts to circumvent these Terms.
The songtop.lol name, logo, and site design are our property. We claim no ownership over any music or content you link to. Embedded players remain subject to each platform's own terms, not ours.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have a parent or guardian's permission and involvement) to make a purchase on songtop.lol.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, nothing here removes the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, or your right to use the courts of that country or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your payment is the version that applies to that transaction.
